When you reach out through this site, we collect the information you choose to give us. That typically includes:

• Your work email address
• Optionally, your company name, your phone number, and the answers you provide in the system audit form or the checklist signup

We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not include any in free-text fields.

We collect this information directly from you through the forms on this website, primarily the system audit request and the checklist signup. We do not buy contact lists or collect your details from third-party data brokers.

When you submit a form, your details are delivered to us by email through formsubmit.co (an email-forwarding service) and stored in Google Firebase / Firestore, which is the database where we keep incoming requests so we can follow up with you.

Opting in to SMS and email contact is entirely optional. You can request a system audit or download the checklist without opting in. If you do opt in, you may receive SMS text messages and emails from us about your request and relevant updates to our services.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to a message, and you can opt out of email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your phone number or email with third parties for their own marketing.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, for example, which pages are viewed and how people arrive. To do this, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects usage data such as your approximate location, device, and browsing activity on this site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Doing so will not affect your ability to use the site.

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run this site and respond to you. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms:

• Google: Analytics (usage measurement), Calendar appointment scheduling (when you book a call), and Firebase / Firestore (where your request is stored)
• formsubmit.co: delivers your form submissions to us by email

We share your information with these providers only to the extent needed to operate the site and follow up with you.

We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to respond to your request and maintain our business records, and then we delete it when it is no longer needed.
